Control Panel Design

One of our esteemed customers #brookthermrefrigerationltd need a solution for temperature monitoring. So were tasked with the design of a number control panel capable of monitoring and recording the temperatures across 3 separate sites.

Each site consisted of

Cold stores, freezers, spiral freezers, temperature-controlled production areas

Limitations

The buildings were not connected via traditional hard-wired cables, so we specified Wi-Fi bridges between the buildings.

Solution

The proposed solution was to Use a RDM controller with TDB software to record and monitor all temperatures.

This will enable the well-known bakers to be compliant with the strict rules and regulations governed by the food standards agency and the many other regulatory bodies.
